Hi there!

Welcome to my resume. I'm Leroy Louis, 30 years old and at the moment I'm living in Utrecht, the Netherlands. I've got a bachelors degree in Economics and gained a few years experience in the financial sector.

What are my passions?

I'm a travel enthusiast who loves to spend my time under water in tropical environments as much as possible by scuba diving, sniff up other cultures and eat as much different meals as I can in one day, 'cause I'm a (healthy) food addict ^_^. Hiking through rainforests, experiencing the differences and similarities in other cultures are things that makes me happy, but similarly I love to be a couch potato from time to time!

What are my talents?

I've got some excellent developed witty communication skills and be an easy going person. I'm also very critical on my own work as well the work of others. With my analytical mind and my own way of thinking I'm able to convince others to think outside the box. I love to talk, collaborate with and learn from people with diverse backgrounds to achieve goals and to be part of a solution. I perform best in a no-nonsense environment with free thinkers, who are broad-minded and dare to share their own opinions about subjects that matters to them. I think the basis of each business are their customers, so operational excellence is one of the things I'm keen on. Optimising processes and identifying bottlenecks is another thing that makes me enthusiastic!

What am I looking for?

Although I gained some experience in the financial sector, I would also like to make a switch to a smaller company where the lines are short and where there's an informal communication style. Working for an E-commerce company on a marketing or customer care department as a change manager or being accountmanager for a cool brand or product is one of those jobs I do admire.

Starting up my own business is my dream and hopefully one day this will be come true.
