About Me!
I am a student in my third year completing a Bachelor of Arts in the Creative industries school at Ryerson University in Toronto. I hope that this degree will propel into a career in the publishing world, whether if that is digitally or in hard print. I love publishing as a whole, whether nonfiction or fiction, books or magazines, overall I just love being able to tell other peoples stories in ways that inspire audiences. In the past, I've been involved in many publications from high school yearbooks to school literary magazines, and from working as an editor for Stylecircle, a fashion-student magazine on my school's campus. In the future, I would love to start my own blog (explaining my many food adventures) and being able to improve my graphic design skills so that I can also be a layout artist for publications. Overall I want to work in publishing in Toronto and get to work hands-on with authors through the editing process, I feel like this career is a good fit with me since it is continuously changing of content and I love that the feeling of holding a product you've worked super hard on.
Additionally, I love to stay fit, especially through Zumba, running, and soccer. I'm also a huge fan of food, which gets me to explore many fun places around Toronto with my friends. I'm also a huge Harry Potter nerd and a huge TV buff from Grey's Anatomy to the Office.
I'm a great team player and hard worker who hates mistakes that can be prevented. Click the button on the top if your interested in including me in your organization's team!
