Hello!

Because of the things I've done and do, I have a lot of different roles, but they shift with my age, activities, interests, the work I'm doing and who I'm with. Take all these roles away and you'll find the essence of me.

I'm thoughtful, kind, observant, courageous, calm, hard working, conscientious, caring, active, wacky, creative, curious, culinary....grateful.

I'm happiest when I'm engaged in something I care about, and doing it well. I'm also happy just lying on my yoga mat in savasana and "just being."
