Leslie is passionate about serving as a connector in the social and economic development of communities. One of her main interests include Canada-Brazil relations. She is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.

Leslie has enjoyed over 9 years in the hospitality and event management business. This is where she developed the ability to prioritize and complete projects simultaneously. She works well independently after suitable training, as well as within teams.

Leslie's skills include developing creative concepts for project management, as well as identifying unique products and services that differentiate from the competition. She is dedicated to superior client servicing, operations, communications, marketing and strategic business planning. Her current goal is to work within a SME or institution that is looking to develop ways to share knowledge and improve client and consumer services.

Her most recent experience was working along side the Executive team at the Brazil-Canada Chambers of Commerce. There she scheduled and planned meetings, assisted in membership services/management, and executed events. On the day to day she developed contacts, collaborated with colleagues and partners on the dissemination of knowledge regarding Brazil-Canada private and public sector relations.

Leslie holds a certificate in International Business Management from George Brown College in Toronto and a Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
