Your need for a Marketing Assistant who can handle the fast-paced atmosphere of your firm is just what I want and am qualified to handle. My experience in a PR firm in Washington, D.C. with high profile clients and large scale marketing events taught me to organize and prioritize for superior time management skills- I wouldn't have succeeded in producing my final communications plan to the client without mastering these skills. Considering the high demand for deadline, I have experience both in my professional background and in my graduate studies at Georgetown University and I see my multitasking skills as one of my strong assets as an employee. I need little supervision to complete a task and, in fact, have not had a direct supervisor in my current position for seven months.

I will graduate from Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies program for Public Relations and Corporate Communication in May 2014 and my studies there and during my undergraduate work at James Madison University have made me a skilled communicator via the written and spoken word. I have balanced work and school routinely during my life and expect only the highest quality results for myself in each realm. Those high standards I hold for myself translate not only into the work I put out, but also into the additional responsibilities and aspects of each job I challenge myself to learn.
