Leslie Armitage

An accomplished entrepreneur, Leslie Armitage established and works as senior managing director with Relativity Capital in Arlington, Virginia. The private equity firm manages two offices, one in New York City and one in Washington, D.C. Leslie Armitage's achievements at the firm include raising capital from major institutional investors, leading equity financings, building relationships with pension fund investors, and hiring talented professionals to help build the company's position in the marketplace.

Complementing her duties at Relativity Capital, Leslie Armitage sits on several corporate boards and committees. At Alion Science and Technologies in McLean, Virginia, she serves as chairman of the Audit Committee and as member of the Compensation Committee. She also chairs the board and holds membership with both the Compensation and Audit Committees at MHF Services of Wexford, Pennsylvania.

Expanding her experience with non-profit and community engagement, Armitage assisted the St. Patrick's Episcopal Day School in her capacity as trustee as well as treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee. Currently, she belongs to the Facilities Planning Task Force Committee at the Katherine Thomas School in Rockville, Maryland.
