Leslie Sturgeon

When she was 22 years old, Leslie Sturgeon started her first business, Office Options, providing office support and administrative services to small businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals, trades people and retired executives. Since that time her business has flourished and now includes a second division - Association Solutions - a management company for homeowner’s associations and professional organizations. Leslie attributes her success to the fact that she surrounded herself with other professional women who mentored and motivated her to dream big! This prompted her to create her own organization in May of 2007 called Women Inspiring Women. The mission of WIW is to bring women together for empowerment, inspiration, personal and professional development, networking and fun . . . all in a positive, upbeat and nurturing environment. The initial launch took place in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, but the organization quickly expanded to encompass three other NH regions. With over 175 members and a mailing list of 4,000 women, WIW is really taking New Hampshire by storm. Motivational events are held bi-weekly and are unlike any other event in the Granite State. Leslie’s leadership experience is vast and she has been honored by the NH Small Business Administration as their 2009 “Women in Business Champion” and as a recipient of the 2010 New Hampshire Business Review’s “Outstanding Women in Business” award.
