A Public Relations and Journalism connoisseur who has gained valuable industry knowledge having worked for Pride Magazine (NC), Y Square Management, LLC (NC) and Elvie G PR based in Burbank, CA. Leslie has recently launched her own public relations firm, Leslie Monet Public Relations in January 2016 after stepping out on faith and releasing herself from the corporate arena.

As the media industry has evolved, she has had to adapt, as many of her peers, to an extremely competitive and ever-changing work field. Pink Illuminance Blog is another original brand of Leslie's that began in 2011 as a portfolio piece in hopes of staying relevant and landing a full time job in the entertainment media industry. However, after a successful relaunch in February 2016, has grown to become a local sensation that small business and community organizations can utilize to shine light on their mission.
