I spent my 20's creating ads and my 30's creating brands. I've dedicated two decades of insights into creativity and imagination to the discipline of innovation. (It's also the practice of ongoing excellence). I love to make ideas happen so as an Innovation Strategist I design, facilitate and collaborate to customize the processes that help an organization leverage the minds, hearts and imaginations of its people. Identifying, fine-tuning and investing in the right strategies requires wisdom and strategy. I believe organizations have the wisdom, so I ask the tough questions that help design and implement their strategy. I'm a lover of truth, dedicated listener, devoted dad, an artist and a blossoming painter. I sprint, lift and green smoothie my way to physical health, use yoga, qigong and painting for my spirit and mindmap, write and meditate for mental well-being.
