LES SAXON’S phenomenal career to date has been full of ‘firsts’.
So it is no surprise that his first cookery book would break the mould yet again!
Although Les is a professional chef, his career has encompassed acting and singing on television and in theater, and film. He was one of the original stars of the musical ‘CATS’ – The part of Mongo Jerry being personally created for him by Andrew Lloyd-Webber.
He is also a highly regarded International interior designer having worked for members of British Aristocracy and other prominent figures in Europe.
