Since retiring from ActionEmployment Services, a Western New York-based recruiting firm heowned and led for more than three decades, Les has focused hisefforts on sharing his knowledge and expertise in the areas ofinterview techniques and job search strategies through a wide arrayof volunteer activities. He is currently serving as a facilitatorof multiple career development and job search workshops in MontgomeryCounty, PA, and regularly spends time conducting one-on-one practiceinterviews with people either in job transition or seekingadvancement. Les has also lectured in a variety of classroomsettings on such topics as career planning, resume writing, interviewtechniques and job search strategies.

Throughhis efforts as a hands-on owner of Action Employment, Les waspersonally involved in more than 3,000 job placements. His companyspecialized in engineering, sales, and marketing, and successfullyplaced professionals throughout Western New York and around thecountry.

In2014, after residing in Western New York for more than 35 years, Lesand his wife, Diana (a retired English professor), relocated toPhoenixville, PA to be near their son, daughter-in-law, andgrandchildren.
