Lestan’s career spans 25 years in technology and financial services including 19 years at Citi. His most recent role is Global Head of Digital / OmniChannel Data & Analytics Services for the Citi’s Global Consumer Bank. He has built up a wealth of global, regional and local experience in driving successful delivery of transformation initiatives using technology, data and ingenuity. He has a passion for applying emerging technologies and innovation to improve product delivery, customer, employee and developer experience while reducing complexity, optimizing processes and eliminating legacy platforms. Lestan loves to inspire others and feel inspired by others as well through intense collaboration and co-creation with business and technology partners and startups.
