After nearly a decade evangelizing & advocating Apache Hadoop, Hive, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, Flink and related open-source big data technologies as a trainer & consultant with Cloudera (originally Hortonworks), I've joined the Starburst team at the beginning of 2022 to do it all over again. This time with products built on top of open-source Trino (formerly PrestoSQL) that provide the analytics engine for the modern data lake.
