I started out in the insurance industry, progressing to a managerial role in East Anglia for a worldwide organisation before moving into a national training role for a Lloyds listed company. Since then I have worked in both the public and private sectors in the East of England and ran my own business. As a Business Adviser, I have worked with a huge range of local companies, giving me an invaluable knowledge of the local business environment. My experience in management and training has given me an in-depth knowledge of staff development and with extensive experience in finance, sales and marketing, ICT, social media, environmental issues and third sector organisations, I have helped new and existing businesses translate their vision to reality and achieve the success they seek
