Class/Workshop Terms & Conditions

· FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION TO BE HELD.

· Full class/workshop fees are due upon registration to hold and ensure your place in the class/workshop.

· Online payments may be applied service fee

· We will do our very best to fill your space If you needed to cancel a class or a workshop, and we will refund your fee in full, minus a $30.00 administrative fee only if the space is filled.

· No refunds will be made for cancellations or for skipping one class. We hope you understand that the spot you reserve is one denied to someone else. Attending another scheduled class can eventually make up missed classes but it requires pre-arrangement with the instructor.

· Classes & Workshops require a minimum of 4 (four) participants. If the minimum is not met, fee will be refunded in full, or you may apply it to another workshop or class of your choice.

· No outside clay may be brought into the class. We provide the materials at a fair price to our students once they run out of it. This way we ensure the process during the class. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.

· LET'S CLAY is not responsible for the loss or damage of work or personal property. All creations are fragile. Handle everything with care.

· If you happen to purchase a workshop online and the class has passed it limit already, we will refund your fee in full or assign you a new schedule upon agreement depending on availability.
