In 2007, I traded Dallas for the vibrant heart of Austin, to embark on a career in Real Estate. After being a licensed agent during a recession, I found myself working as the Campus Director for C.S.B School of Broadcasting. This shift ignited my passion for post-secondary education and the fine arts. When corporate announced the closure of their Austin location it became apparent that God had other plans. Surprisingly, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, steering my journey from selling society's American dream to authentically capturing and sharing the human journey.

I ventured into the world of digital media, where I built a colorful portfolio which included projects for the Governor's office, Culturemap, Chick-fil-A, Tiff's Treats, Peoplefund, and the powerful Austin Revealed series which brought Civil Rights stories to life on PBS/KLRU and had a prestigious showcase at SXSW.

However, my journey doesn't conclude there. Along the way, I triumphed over abuse, navigated the maze of homelessness, mastered single parenting, outwitted postpartum depression, and even played the gracious host while confronting my darkest thoughts, including suicidal ideation.

These battles and my unwavering faith led me to what I believe divine appointment to serving on the Board of Integral Care. My battle-wounds have not only toughened me but have ignited a passion within, driving me to advocate for mental health and assist those facing similar battles. As a Certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Trainer, I'm equipped to guide individuals towards an enlightened state of awareness, hopefully enabling them to offer peace and support to those silently battling life's burdens, while empowering themselves to continue the fight within.

My aspirations are ever-evolving as I strive to become a better version of myself each day. I aim to achieve my National Board Certification as a Mental Health Coach and Registered Herbalist, embracing a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. This journey has not only shaped me but has ignited my life's mission of assisting others on their paths to recovery and renewal.

I'm like a Swiss Army knife, here to lend you, your company and or, organization a hand on its epic quests. My mission is to Help People while spreading joy to our world. There is only fear or love -hands down I choose love.
