I am a teacher of rhetoric and professional communication with a particular interest in all things design. I'm working in academia with undergraduates, and I love it. I find students to be engaging, generous, and funny.

When I'm not in class, I'm watching my kids grow up to be smart, fun, and happy souls.

All this in the little town of Farmville, a place I said I'd never live. But if there's a local brewery about to locate downtown, I guess I'll stay.
