I have been working with China Talent Group (CTG), a leading human resource outsourcing enterprise in China since 2010 as Regional Director. I am responsible to establish CTG brand outside China, form business alliance and partnership with key associations, and government institutions, drive overseas business opportunities to China and vice versa. I take full P/L responsibility and regional development.

One of my major achievements was successfully organized a series of workshops and seminars related to China labor contract law and practice in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Shanghai for potential prospects and professionals. Through the knowledge sharing events, I have successfully established CTG professional position in human resource outsourcing in overseas market as well as formed a solid customer community. CTG customer community is a platform for market insights sharing in China and ideas exchange.

Before joining China Talent Group, I had 15 years’ experience in corporate sales and marketing from a wide spectrum of industries and business development in Asia and Greater China.
