Lev Montgomery

Lev Montgomery is a member of the National Association of Realtors® representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate throughout the state of Michigan specializing in Macomb & Oakland Counties. A native of New York City, he has spent the last 18 years as a resident of Michigan in both Oakland and Macomb counties; notably the Rochester, MI and Shelby Township areas. As a Graduate Realtor® Institute designee he has spent over 90+ hours of classroom course study and instruction developing a solid foundation of knowledge, skill and professionalism committed to serving his clients and customers with the highest level of ethical standards. He is also recognized by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute as a Certified Negotiation Expert® providing better representation and protection to his customers and clients resulting in better overall customer service experience.

Mr. Montgomery is a regular speaker at the Community Housing Network Home Buyer Workshop in Troy, Michigan educating the public and first -time home buyers on the role and responsibilities of Realtors®. He currently resides in the Shelby Township Area with his wife of 10 years and their 2 kids.
