Leviana Coccia

A storyteller. That is how I would describe myself.

My name is Leviana Coccia and this is my online portfolio. I love communicating with people using the written and spoken word. I am interested in a career with a Canadian company where I can use my journalistic and project management skills daily. I am a social media enthusiast and have extensive experience using Twitter, Facebook, blogs and LinkedIn to market brands and initiatives.

I am a student in my final semester of the post-graduate Event Management program at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning (ITAL). Upon graduation, I will receive an Ontario Post-Graduate Certificate (PGC) in Event Management.

I am also a graduate of the Media Studies program at the University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Studies from the University of Guelph as well as a Diploma in Journalism from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning (ITAL), both with distinction. In April, I will have the pleasure of doing my placement at the Canadian Cancer Society's Ontario (Provincial) Office in the Corporate and Community Partnerships department.
