Lillian E. Waters

I am a fourth generation New Yorker whose family settled in Hell's Kitchen in the mid 1800s. I love this town! In 2005 I received my New York City Sightseeing Guide License. I've never used it, but I value it more than my Bachelor's Degree in English.

I have been interested in UFOs and the Paranormal for over 40 years. In 2008 I became a Field Investigator for the Mutual UFO Network and in 2012, the State Section Director for New York City. I am also an Experiencer.
