I am blessed with having a 32-yr old son Gavin Alexander Lewis, a graduate of Assumption University Suvarnabhumi, Thailand. Former Thai National Water Polo Team, plus National Swimmer winning Bronze Medal in the 50-meter freestyle 27th SEA Games 2013 Myanmar. He now lives in New Zealand.

My training regime includes kettlebells, TRX, free weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio sprints. A research student of Nutritional Sciences, Hormone Optimization, Anti-Aging, Epigenetics & Sleep.

Surfed the beaches of Hawaii, Panama, Florida, So. Calif, Phuket, Bali & Cebu, ran numerous marathons, Hawaii 50-Mile Ultra-Marathon, 10-triathlons, cycled the 100-Mile Century Bike Ride Honolulu, paddled the 50-mile Panama Canal (2x).

Completed the 50-Mile Presidents Swim Challenge, swam the 2.5 Mile Waikiki Rough Water Swim, and coached Kalani High School (Honolulu) to 3 State Swimming Championships. Survived Jungle Survival School in Panama (2x), climbed Half Dome (backside)Yosemite National Park. In 1987, trekked 3 weeks in the Himalayas in Nepal. A martial arts practitioner since age 15.

My dad was an Air Commando USAF, and we lived all over God's creation: Hawaii, Panama Canal Zone, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, San Francisco, Kansas City, Montgomery, Alabama, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sherman, Texas, Dallas Texas, Camden New Jersey, and Seattle Washington. Traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, some in the Middle East, Mexico, Canada, and Australia.

I lived in Jakarta, Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur & Manila.
