I mainly work with companies that have either great employee engagement that they want to protect and nurture or companies who are looking to build and develop something new. I work closely with these companies reviewing how they reward their employees currently and identifying if making any changes or tweaks can help drive more value for the organization whilst keeping costs the same or similar.
