A real estate investor with nearly six decades of experience, Lew McGinnis began working for himself as a door-to-door egg salesman when he was only 8 years old. When he was 12, he began refurbishing produce boxes and selling them to a California wholesaler. By 15, he had built this venture into a fully developed business, and at 16, he sold it for a substantial amount of money. Lew McGinnis went on to establish several businesses, including a small loan company and an automotive dealer. Because he was underage, he had to operate these businesses in his father’s name for a period of several years even though he was solely in charge of them.

Lew McGinnis entered the real estate business in his early 20s and has owned a real estate investment firm since 1965. Over the years, Mr. McGinnis has completed major commercial projects, including Peppertree Ranch, the largest industrial/residential development in Tucson, Arizona, at the time of its completion.
