Lex is a Pro Photographer, Painter, Writer, Designer, Illustrator, Graphic Artist & Digital Imaging Magician. As a USC alum and native OC So Cal chick, Lex also graduated from Dick Grove School of Music and had a hit on College Radio. The fusion of art, music and entrepreneurial spirit, in the SC Trojan tradition, resulted in her unique blend of talents and an ability to execute each endeavor with sublime excellence.
Lex got bitten by the Music/Show Biz bug at Enigma Records then did stints at Michael Levine Public Relations, Prime LA PR, Mark Goodson Productions, Atco Records, Scoop Marketing and Details Magazine. Lex also worked as a music critic for Music Connection and Bam magazines, as a segment producer on “To Tell The Truth,” and a freelancer for CBS, Warner Bros., Alternative Press, The Village Voice, Radio & Records and Hits Magazines & Christie’s Auction House memorabilia sale catalog as director/photographer and publicist for the celebrity involved. Lex has photographed NWA (cover of Village Voice”, Devo (Back Cover of their Greatest Hits Album), Michael Jackson, Kenan Wayans, Ice-T, Lara Flynn Boyle, Shirley McClaine, Pantera, Faith No More, The Eagles, Glen Frey, David Lynch, Catherine Bach, Tony James, Humpty Hump, Dead Milkmen, TSOL, The Cramps, Tony Bennett and myriad others.
Lex directed and participated in publicity strategies for celebrity race car drivers, Earth Day International, USA for Africa, Psychic Friends Network, LeRoy Bell of X Factor, Cascade Studios and many music acts, writers, fine artists and reality stars. In addition to her many talents and experiences, Lex invented "dog sofas" set up her own US manufacturing facility for Dogmopolitan® for which she also worked with PrimeLA PR to create a groundbreaking campaign that virtually launched the high end pet boom of the early 2000’s. Her company Dogmopolitan® was featured in Time Magazine, USA Today, Business Journal, Sports Illustrated & The Wall Street Journal. Lex is a one person creative team who truly has an instinct for the amazing and an irreverent creative vision like no other.
