Life Coach feels like a weird way to describe myself so I prefer to identify as a "Professional Encourager".

I use my own experiences with low self esteem, self doubt, anxiety, stress, and poor relationships to help teach women how to enhance their coping skills, find their purpose, gain clarity, find their happy and ultimately heal from emotional trauma and pain. (My Masters also helps me to teach too lol).
