Field Service Systems Lead in Chesterfield
I work in Field Service Operations, improving how systems, processes, and data come together in day-to-day work.
A lot of my focus is on making things clearer, smoother, and more usable for the people relying on them. I’m particularly interested in automation, data, and AI where they make a real, practical difference.
Outside of work, I built Postcode Pursuit - a daily geography puzzle - to explore maps, UX, and building something from scratch.
I'm currently studying Business and Management (B100) with the Open University.
