In my early years of design technology, I was the first licensed AutoCAD operator in Ireland and I have continued in the area of technological support software. I have completed projects of over 200 residential developments varying from buildings of small to large scales.

I consider myself to be extremely passionate about my work and strive to be an inspiring leader amongst my colleagues and employees.

My long-term experience in architecture, planning and investments has led to often being requested as a technical expert witness in courts. My achievements have also led me to become an advisor to government on subjects concerning policies regarding construction.

I have designed and project managed many architectural projects including commercial and hotel projects. Some of these include Radisson Docklands and Canary Wharf Tower.

I possess many skills which have contributed to the success of my career and I have managed to improve over the years through my experience. Some of these skills include real estate development (including international and corporate), property management, project and business planning, investments and land acquisition.

I am the founder of Ward Design which began in 1990. We are an architectural practice and have overseen the design and construction management of over 10,000 new homes in Northern Ireland and 1,000 in the UK. Our highly-qualified team of 20 architects and planning professionals use their expertise to ensure each home is personally taken care of for the occupier.

The main focus of Ward Design is architecture and town planning and have evolved through our specialised experience to become investment advisors to investors, developers and institutions. We work mainly in Northern and Southern Ireland as well as London and the rest of the UK. Our impressive portfolio spans over 25 years and ranges from residential homes to hotels and commercial properties.

I have been the director of Diamond Investments since 2011 where they deal mostly with properties in the UK. They invest in properties and aim to add significant value through the use of development, planning and transaction structuring skills.
