Liana began her career in the field of public relations in 1994, freelancing for Dallas agencies, both large and small. Shortly thereafter she transitioned into marketing research for a financial company. Inspired to learn more about business she earned her Masters in Business Administration. Using that knowledge, Liana started and ran an online business in the travel industry. Venturing into marketing and public relations for a non-profit classical music festival eventually led to client services and business development at a full-service advertising agency specializing in real estate development and sales. She then transitioned those skills and knowledge to her own agency, Kaleidos Marketing Group and after wrapping up a large project assisted the Vail Symposium through a transition that resulted in a full time position as Executive Director for three years until making a change to get back into the marketing industry and work for one of her favorite people and organizations, the Antlers at Vail Condominiums & Conference Center.
As her experience illustrates, Liana is self-motivated, high-energy, enjoys intellectual challenges and learning and possesses extensive marketing, public relations, administrative, budgeting and non-profit experience. She is adept at managing personalities and at getting to the crux of an issue, allowing her to maintain satisfaction and the ability to sell both within an internal and external team. Liana's personality and varied experience enables her to navigate in unsure political situations, understand different viewpoints and how to design a strategy to achieve the end goal, and then successfully execute it.
