Eleftheria Bouyiouka
Talent Acquisition Manager in Greece
My name is Eleftheria (aka Liberty) and I welcome you to my page!
Few things about.me:
In 2013 I completed my BSc at Athens University of Economics and Business in Business Administration. During my studies, I was fortunate enough to realize that my passion was in the field of Human Resources. As I was persistent to pursue a career in HR, every step I made was to help me get a little closer in achieving my goal.
In order to do so, I had to be active; did a lot of research, read articles and got involved in anything that would be help me land my first job. Every activity got me closer to landing my first job only 6 months after my graduation within a very challenging market here in Greece.
I started working at Randstad Hellas as an Administrative Assistant on a fixed term contract. Although I was aiming for an HR position and an indefinite contract I knew that I had to grab this opportunity. This flexibility put my “foot in the door” in a leading HR Services company. Within a short period I joined the Staffing Branch as HR Recruitment Consultant, recruiting on behalf of my clients.
After more than three years at Randstad, I decided it was time for me to pursue an in house role in HR. As such, I started working as HR Generalist at UniSystems, an ICT company, while at the same I completed my MSc in Human Resources Management. Two and a half years came by, and an exciting opportunity found me so currently, I am the Talent Acquisition Manager at Arhs Developments Hellas. Day in day out, I manage the Recruitment function and team, but I am also responsible for keeping our talented employees happy! This includes coordinating the training & development activities and also any activity that will boost our employees on their day to day work!
At the end of the day, my role is to focus on Talent Management by building a unique corporate culture and recruitment strategies, aiming to create an “employer of choice”.
Other than my professional endeavors, I enjoy dance and tennis to keep my body active. On the other hand, playing the piano relaxes my mind!
