I am a workforce development professional and advocate for equity and inclusion within the workplace. Dedication to a diverse workforce in this rapidly changing and hyper-tech economy is more important than ever as technology shapes the ways in which we live, interact with society, gather our information, and make informed choices. The space that creates our future must include everyone and I am proud to specialize in systemic equity strategies for workforce development programs. In addition to applying an equity and inclusion lens to critical workforce development programs, I specialize in integrated partnerships and collaborative processes, employer engagement in workforce strategy, workforce/social services system's analysis and management, and collaborative change.
