I am a certified meditation instructor and have overcome my own battles with stress and anxiety. I realised that with everything I have learned over the years I could provide my clients with knowledge and tools to use not only in their personal lives but to use in the workplace too.
When we feel frustrated, overwhelmed, disrespected, angry, disappointed, unloved and the list goes on. It affects us deeply. It affects our behaviour, our relationships, our job performance, our lives.
