I work with individuals, leaders and organisations who want to do more than simply function. They want to understand what drives them, recognise the patterns shaping their decisions and behaviour, and gain clarity about how they want to move forward.
My approach combines integrative coaching methods from different schools, including NLP and mBIT, with more than 15 years of international management, leadership and business experience.
A central theme throughout my work is making sense of complexity. I identify, understand and structure complex systems, processes and behavioural patterns. From this clarity, new possibilities emerge.
