Lile Wellness Partners began as Island Medical Practice in 2008. Established by Dr. Laura Lile, Island Medical Practice started in Grosse Ile, Michigan. As she started transitioning her practice into concierge medication, she opened up workplaces in Franklin, Michigan, Atlanta, Georgia, and Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2015, the practice name was changed to Lile Wellness Partners. This name fully personifies the spirit and truths of the practice as it functions to build connections with individuals and guides them on their path to wellness.
