Currently work at Paxata building products for data analysts to be self-sufficient. Paxata enables business analysts with an intuitive user experience for data preparation on top of a distributed computing platform.

Previously worked at Socrata designing GovStat to help city and state leaders use data to track goals

Got started at Microsoft as a PM for Group Policy in Windows Server, Pivot at Live Labs, and contextual ads on Bing

Travels frequently to live and hear stories, tells those stories in front of strangers

Convinces elementary and high-school aged girls to study math, encourages under-represented minorities in college to pursue computer science

Plays tennis competitively, watches NBA basketball obsessively

Graduated from UC Berkeley with her undergraduate and subsequent Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2007

Speaks French well, Russian poorly, and enough Portuguese to order lunch
