Liliam Webb

With over twenty years in hospitality, Liliam Webb is a Managing Director with CW Outsource. Throughout her career, Liliam has worked in various supervisory roles within hospitality, leading her teams to success. Liliam's roles have focused on improving standards of operations, such as sanitary standards in kitchens, as well as administrative tasks and sales opportunities. Liliam has the knowledge on how to properly run several departments within a hotel, particularly with regards to cohesive management and collaboration across departments. Liliam has her BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management and her ES in Business Economics from the Hotel Management School of Geneva in Switzerland.
