Liliana Sanz Hernández

I was born in Caracas Venezuela, the things that I have always been passionate about has been health and safety, aircrafts, design, photography
and animals.

I studied Industrial Design in my home city and I worked in several offices as a AutoCAD designer, but in January 2010 I decided to come to Europe. Since then I've lived in Valencia (Spain), and in Swansea (UK) where I've been living since 2015.

Now I'm working in Amazon as a Health and Safety Technician after completing 3 NEBOSH certificates including the National General Certificate. Currently I'm completing the NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in applied Health and Safety, and I'm planning to join IOSH as a graduate member and prepare myself to achieve the chartered membership after that.

In my current role, I have notable success in providing strategic guidance on health, safety, and environment systems/procedures, and I've been recognised for possessing a commendable record of optimising processes through recommendations of new safety control measures, implementing corrective/preventive controls, and modifying risk assessments of new equipment prior to authorisation for operational use.

My ability to lead internal audits towards completion ahead of time at the highest possible score has been well-appreciated over the years.
