I'm one to prefer looking at the glass half full. Sharing positive thoughts and ideas after a brief session of war stories have a better kick, than just complaining about the same thing.

Working SMART and working hard are the values that I always try to stick by. I work best in environments that encourage information sharing, support creative approaches for efficiency, and appreciate quality results. I prefer a team-based environment, where I can huddle with colleagues for brainstorming sessions or go through a process of functional disagreement to hash out ideas. At the same time, on my own I can be the most productive as well.
