Hey, I'm Sarah Pohl. I studied biology until October 2010, then worked in online marketing for a year and a half, and now I'm doing my PhD in bioinformatics. I enjoy programming in Python and in R. I'm working at the Twincore in Hannover, Germany, and partly at the HZI in Braunschweig, both times in the group "Molecular Bacteriology" of Susanne Häußler.

I'm also a fan of origami, I play the trombone, and - as passionate reader - enjoy writing fiction.
