Lillian B. Archer

Lillian has a passion for empowering organizations and individuals to use their talents and expertise for good. With over 10 years of experience developing and implementing capacity building strategies at local, national, and international non-profit organizations, her specialties include strategic fundraising plans and annual funds, team building and leadership training, interim staffing, and general project management. Currently, Lillian is the director of development at San Francisco Botanical Garden Society, where she oversees all fundraising, event and membership programs. Her professional goal is to bring together private, corporate, and civic supporters to make the change they want to see in the world. Lillian holds an undergraduate degree in marketing management from Syracuse University and a masters in non-profit administration from City University of New York-Baruch College.
