I am currently a student at Ryerson University studying Creative Industries. While in this program I focus on two modules, media business and fashion. My interests include finding the best food, travelling the world and keeping up with what people are wearing today. It's cliche, I know. However one day I hope to combine all 3 of these interests into one, that's when I will know that I have made it.

After I finish this program, I wish to go straight into the work world. I would preferably like a job in the creative industries, specifically in television or film. Although I like routine, I do wish to one day have a job that allows me to experience the world around me, where in a way I am my own boss. But until then I am dedicated to working hard and making my way up to where I want to be. With being only 18 years old I believe that these are the years in which you should take every opportunity you get. For this is the time of your life where you find what you like and dislike and that will help you decide what you want to do, where you know you will shine your brightest.

One thing I have learned throughout my first year at university is that everyone has different tactics with what helps them study and help them deal with the stress that university can bring. I found that the thing that worked best for me was music. It helps me relax and depending on what mood I'm in can help me with whatever I'm dealing with in my life.

I have added a playlist with a few of the songs that I always go to when I want to escape the world around me. I want people to know that no matter how hard a time can get, there are coping mechanisms, everyone just has to find what works best for them.
