Whether it's backpacking across the Sierra Nevada mountains, surfing on the coast of Litchfield Beach, ziplining in Hawaii, or sightseeing in Paris, I love traveling to different places with family or friends. I am an active and adventurous person who is always ready to try something exciting and different. It could be anything from going to a different restaurant with friends or traveling to a different state all alone meeting new people.

Two summers ago, I did a moondance trip, a two-week adventure for high school students, to Kona, Hawaii. Over those 14 days, I did things I’d only dreamed about. Diving under 60ft of water. Ziplining 1000ft in the air with a smile plastered on my face. Traveling independently to a new place. I loved every second of it and made countless memories and friendships through this trip. I also have done other trips like backpacking in Maine and California, also meeting new people and traveling alone.

Although I love going to different states, I also love to travel to different places in my hometown of North Carolina. I love to go with my friends to Lake Norman, to climb the closest mountain to Charlotte called Crowders with my family, or to go to the North Carolina beaches with cousins. In the end I love being active and trying something new everyday.
