Lilly Yeatmanis a brand and performance marketing executive and an entrepreneur at heart, who has spent her career building and reimagining world class brands on both the agency and client side.

Lilly is a hands-on, purpose driven leader who believes marketing is always an art and a science and that great marketers have to understand business drivers and performance metrics while ensuring consumers are at the heart of everything they do.

She believes that the most effective marketers can drive growth in any industry by activating a sense of purpose, deeply understanding the consumer, and then storytelling to drive behavior.

Specializing in new and turn-around business growth, Lilly led teams to consistently generate double+ digit performance gains across KPIs for the newest Disney Signature Experiencesbusinesses: Aulani– a billion-dollar resort in Hawaii and Adventures by Disney– a high end guided travel business. She was also a key member of the leadership team involved in integrating National Geographic Expeditionsinto The Walt Disney Company.

Lilly’s key accomplishments include launching and building a market for Aulani, Disney’s first-ever resort not attached to a theme park, the creation of a river cruising business, and the turn-around of a guided tours business that included a complete brand transformation and a reimagined sales process.

A graduate of Tufts University and The Anderson School of Management @ UCLA, Lilly is a mom of 3 girls, a community volunteer, and mentor to working moms, balancing family and career.
