Sunayana Limbu
Human Rights Advocate, Editor, and Photographer in New York
My name is Sunayana, and I am majoring in International Criminal Justice at John Jay College. I also take Public Affairs courses at Baruch.
Currently, I am studying Conflict Transformation at Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland. Since I've been here, I have managed to travel to Dublin and Scotland.
As soon as I return, I will start interning with a UN affiliated NGO Committee on the Status of Women. If you are planning to attend CSW Forum next March, you may see me running around there!
I also work as an Editor for The Indian Economist (Qrius) where I edit high-quality scholarly articles of contributors from reputed institutions. I absolutely enjoy what I do. From working with various organizations like the United Nations to Amnesty International USA, I have been a dedicated human rights advocate.
I am passionate about conflict transformation and peace building, social justice, diplomatic issues and international human rights and women's rights. My hobbies include, traveling, reading, watching interesting reality TV shows and photography.
