Lincoln Islam

Lincoln completed his Masters of Business from University of Newcastle (http://www.newcastle.edu.au/) also completed a one-year diploma in Fashion business from The Fashion Institute in Sydney. Lincoln is acting as the administrator in Just West for all operations including production control, marketing and administration. He is one of the two founders (Lincoln & Mohammed) of Just-West since 2007. Lincoln was titled the Ambassador of “Happy Kids Foundation”, a well known charity organization working within the east European zone. He is actively involved in many social activities in his local area.

“ Wanted to be an aeronautical engineer but ended up in garments industry. Still happy to be a part of such a challenging industry where I get opportunity to work with the poorest workers who would have been starving most of their days without the presence of these factories in Bangladesh. Cannot tolerate child labor but I have witnessed this many time, could not stop it as I never were able to offer any alternative for those unfortunate beautiful faces. The pain remains in heart with a hope, one day we will stop it.“
