I am a connector and a builder. You’ve heard the philosophy of Think Globally, Act Locally for sustainability? Well, it also applies to business. My professional ambition is to make businesses their most successful within my sphere of influence.

I leverage my influence to facilitate introductions that translate into growth for both parties. The social world in which we live indulges many to think that sharing a name or email address makes one a connector. I bring an old-school business savvy to my relationships that demands I understand a company ethos as well as ambition in order to create value for them with each invitation or introduction. I have always been attracted to opportunities that imbue energy and enthusiasm into both the Tech and Digital community of Chicago. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that I “brought sexy back” but technology has become “a hot time in the old town.” I am proud to have contributed to that.

I have worked in nonprofits and the wild worlds of recruiting & advertising where relationships, organization, & creativity reign. As an entrepreneur, I learned first-hand the challenges businesses face in starting up, hiring, managing, and growing. I managed both accounts & employees, locally & remotely. Advertising also challenged me to think differently than the pack. By asking questions and imagining new solutions, I was able to better serve my clientele. It is my natural curiosity that drives me to understand people, & that understanding births trust.

I am a person who invests the whole of my experience to my endeavors. I run at a pace that may exhaust some but exhilarate those ready for growth. My appreciation for the unique challenges that face small businesses has allowed me to exercise executive-level leadership within diverse communities based on my accumulated knowledge of best-practices, operational efficiency, and collaboration.
