I've lived within 20 miles of my birthplace most of my life, except when I went away to college. My family has lived just as close. At the age of 4, I told my mom I wanted to be an artist and I pursued that avenue until I discovered teaching. Teaching and being a fantastic mom are two of my greatest passions. I love to learn something new everyday and vocabulary is a hobby of mine. The bigger the word, the better. Laughter is the best medicine and there is nothing that can replace a phone call from a good friend when you are feeling down. I try to live each day to the fullest and embrace all that comes with it. I love first and think second which can get me into trouble but I truly think it is the only way to live. You have once chance, you need to make the most of it.
