Linda Brown is adept at creating multi-layered communication programs and compliance tools that reach a variety of target audiences—from CEOs to local communities. Using the 3C method of Collaborations, Communications, and Connections, she can help you meet your goals and objectives.

She has worked with and for start-up businesses, Fortune 500 companies, labor, nonprofit advocacy groups, and governments throughout the United States and abroad. Starting her corporate career as an MBA trainee in Chevron’s marketing development program, she was promoted to a number of increasingly responsible positions and worked in domestic and international markets in her 19-year tenure. She moved to the construction industry where she advocated for housing, environmental, and infrastructure projects before becoming president and CEO of a regional economic development public/private partnership.

As a consultant, Linda has worked in Egypt and locally on emergency response planning. She is currently working on a book on the perils and promises of homeowner associations, and volunteers with the California Writers Club and Friends of Joaquin Miller Park.
