As the AARP IT Experience Director, I demonstrate my significant depth of public relations and integrated marketing experience in the technology sector, as well as deep experience in technology event/tradeshow production experience. Driving the IT experience; internally I demonstrate continuous relevancy with our customers (AARP staff) as technology services evolve and externally to members and beyond, by positioning the IT organization from traditional business operations support to participating in market based opportunities that help grow AARP’s impact, relevance and revenue strategic objectives.
