Linda Aspey

I bring over 25 years’ experience in consulting, coaching and OD with over 200 organisations and many more leaders, managers and teams to support my clients in becoming more effective, successful and fulfilled.

I've helped others to initiate and manage change, inspire with their leadership, revive flagging fortunes, build and maintain strong relationships, build talented workforces, change jobs and careers, start their own companies, manage crisis and overcome what seemed like insurmountable challenges, and more. Much of my work has been within media related organisations (broadcast, print, books, online), and I love working with digitally savvy companies with ambitious plans. I've had experience across most service sectors including healthcare, retail, leisure, IT, professional services, marketing agencies, IT and financial services, and with the arts and third sectors.

I am dually accredited as an Executive Coach (by APECS) and Psychotherapist/Counsellor (by BACP) with extensive training in HR/ OD, relationships, groupwork and coaching.

I'm President of AICTP - www.aictp.org.uk - the Association of Integrative Coach-Therapist Professionals, an organisation leading the way in promoting and supporting integrative practice - where counselling, therapy and coaching meet. I was awarded a Fellowship of BACP (Brit. Assoc. of Counselling & Psychotherapy) in 2011.
